Just moved to Naples Florida and was looking to have my new home rekeyed. Called around to get some prices but Zack the Locksmith was the only one that gave me all the time I needed to get all my options and questions answered. We believe we absolutely got the best locksmith service possible.
We had Zack come out to install a code lock on our home that we just bought in Naples Florida. He did an amazing job. He even took all the time in the world to show me and my wife how to use it even though we are not tech savvy people. Great patient locksmith service.
I had an unusual situation and none of the big box solutions worked. After contacting Zack's, they had access to non-standard parts to fix my lock. Additionally, they anticipated several issues that would have been a problem had they not been identified. Finally, they answered all my questions and their rates were well worth the service they provided.
This review is long overdue! Zack saved me late at night after I lost my car key/fob, he actually answered the phone, came out, and got me back on the road. Since then, I’ve used him for lock installations at both my home and business. He’s professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and very fair with pricing. Not someone who tries to gouge you.
