Recycling is rarely actually picked up normally they just drive by if they come by it's never the same day changes every week so you never know when to put recycling out. Still a year later have not received our trash bin or recycling bin. Called quite a few times still have not received them.
I moved to my new house on December 22nd 2022, they told me “is going to take a few weeks to get my trash bins” my cousin closed and moved to his new house just 3 streets from me on January 13th, 2023 and after a week he got his trash bins. Today is February 12, 2023, I called wastepro and the same excuse, is going to take a while, the lady on the phone not even check my address 🤦♂️
This company should be ashamed of themselves! Every other week they forget my trash. I really can’t comprehend it most people wouldn’t have a job if they were unable to do it. Obviously, there is no repercussions in this company for not doing your job. I’ve read all the reviews and it’s all the same. I think the only ones leaving positive reviews is the girls in the office. Why do we even pay our taxes for this service? I hope the commissioner reads these reviews and does his job.
Just bought a new home on July 31st and I have been called them 5 times for trash cans and they still haven’t Arrived Yet and it is now August 8th. Every time I called they give me the runaround saying late on deliveries you should be getting your garbage can today exc...
Horrible. To elaborate. Old furniture sat out by road for a week. I called following week I was told that it should have a sticker I let them know it doesn't asked me to wait for driver to put on sticker said it would be picked up in 2 days. Here I am another week later now it's going to be 3 weeks of old furniture just sitting by the road. I can't even fire them.. it's infuriating
