Absolutely outstanding experience! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The installation technician, Chris, and his partner arrived on time, got right to work, and completed the entire job in about half a day. Their workmanship was excellent, and everything looks and works perfectly. What impressed me most was their honesty. At no point did the Wallen Garage Door team try to upsell me on products or services I didn't need. They were knowledgeable, respectful, efficient, and left everything spotless before they left. I did have to call them back because I thought I was having an issue with the new garage door. They responded quickly, thoroughly troubleshot the problem, and discovered it was actually an issue with my garage outlet—not the door at all. They took the time to explain everything and were absolutely awesome throughout the entire process. It's not often you find a company that delivers exactly what they promise with this level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service. I couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend Wallen Garage Door to anyone needing garage door service or installation. Five stars all the way!

Aaron was outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable and Professional. He suggested a couple of additional items to get ahead of issues but he did fix the issues i had. Very pleased with the work performed.
I needed my old garage door opener replaced. Aaron was my technician and he was on time, so nice and very professional. He went over all the options with me and installed my new opener the same day! He was fast and efficient. I definitely recommend Wallen Garage Doors and will use them again in the future.
We highly recommend Wallen Garage Doors! They were able to come out quickly to inspect our garage door, and we were very pleased with the service and repairs. Devante was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what needed to be repaired. He completed the work efficiently, and we especially appreciated being able to have the garage door repaired the same day it was inspected and quoted. Excellent customer service from start to finish!
