As a marketing agency, we’ve worked with many clinics over the years, and this was one of the more frustrating professional experiences we’ve had. We provided services to Dr. David Magnano over multiple months and operated in good faith throughout the engagement. Despite repeated assurances regarding payment and resolution of outstanding dues, commitments were ultimately not followed through on. What made this especially disappointing is that we cooperated professionally at every stage — including assisting with a dispute matter — expecting the same level of professionalism in return. Transparency and reliability are extremely important in business relationships, and unfortunately we did not experience that here.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Dr Magnano after receiving SonicWave treatment for my knee pain. From the very first visit, they took the time to thoroughly evaluate my condition and explain how the treatment would work. The SonicWave therapy itself was quick and far more effective than I expected. After just a few sessions, I noticed a significant reduction in pain and improved mobility in my knee. Activities that had been difficult—like walking up stairs or exercising—became much easier again. What really stood out was his professionalism, patience, and genuine concern for my recovery. Half way thru a soft wave therapy schedule for my knee. Bone on bone, terrible pain,torn meniscus,very uncomfortable. After receiving the therapy, pain level has been drastically reduced and I am hopeful to avoid replacement for awhile. I'll stop back in a few months to see how the therapy did over time. Doc is great and knowledgable .

I had my first RPA treatment on Jan 28 2026. Working with Dr. David Magnano has been very supportive. I was experiencing gut issues, and since the first treament my gut feels better, and I have more energy and my thinking is much clearer.
