They were out of their vegan options on a Wednesday we were told it was a busy weekend and they ran out but 3 days later still none? The men's restroom had no paper towels or any way of drying hands plus they were out of soap for hands to be washed .. I am sure it's because 3 days ago they had a busy weekend and yet no soap and towels .. I will not be coming back anytime soon they did have good onion rings but bring your own soap and towels if you eat with your hands and you're male
Invited by a friend to an event held here. I'm not a drinker so couldn't tell you about what's on tap. But referring to the location. Very cool. There's indoor and outdoor sitting. As you walk around you'll see wall art and villains covering them. Keep an eye open and you'll be surprised by details.
The tacos and taquitos were good. The environment is greatly themed. The bathrooms were missing toilet paper in 2/3 stalls. It is a good place to hang with friends but my drink was just too sweet for my taste.
This is the kind of place you want to go to, have a drink, eat some food and enjoy some time. The people are extremely kind, helpful and compassionate. We came after a day at the Parks looking to unwind a bit and recharge before our drive home. We must have seemed a little lost, someone came over and asked to take our order. A minute later another person came over to our kids and asked if they wanted a surprise, then came back with small toy bags that were a hit for our littles. Wow! Beer was good. Food was amazing. Just what we needed! Thank you Villians - you guys are heros in our books!
We came here today for my nephew's birthday today. While we have come here many times before and are very familiar with the location their management staff has definitely become a problem that I hope the company addresses soon. Zach was sure to create a difficult day for us and our family in a seemingly empty location. I appreciate that the support staff was more than willing to help and accommodate us even though though management clearly did not want us there. Please reconsider Zach's position in your management team and restore this amazing location to higher on our list of must go to spots.
