THIS IS THE BEST ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY IN TOWN!!!!! Adam and his team did an incredible job keeping everyone on the dance floor at Jon and I's wedding on October 25th!!! He was very much in tune with what kind of music we wanted at our wedding and made sure everything was finalized before the big day. I also have to give a shoutout to the saxophonist because he really rocked it and everyone loved him!!!! It was an incredible and the most memorable day of our lives and I cannot thank them enough for all they did to make it a fun celebration!!! I plan on spreading the word for anyone who is interested in DJ services for any event in the future.
Shawn Stom was our DJ and absolutely crushed it. He read the room well and knew how to keep the energy high and people on the dance floor. We had so many guests reach out afterwards and tell us that he was the best DJ they've heard at a wedding ever. Furthermore, he MC'ed the entire wedding great as well - making sure we kept on schedule, kept it fun and made sure everyone knew where they had to be and when. I'd recommend Uptown and Shawn to everyone.
One of the best decisions we made for our daughter's wedding was hiring Uptown Entertainment for our DJ and Photo Booth. Our DJ did a wonderful job emceeing the reception and keeping the dance floor packed. The online planning tool allowed us to curate songs to please all generations and music tastes. Our guests had a fabulous time with the Photo Booth all night long. Guests walked away with photo keepsakes and the Bride/Groom now have a wonderful keepsake album capturing those memories. Would highly recommend!
Shawn with Uptown Entertainment did such a phenomenal job DJing our wedding! He seamlessly incorporated all of our must play songs (across several different genres) while also reading the crowd and keeping energy levels high the entire night. We had friends tell us the next day that they kept intending to step off the dance floor "after the next song" to use the restroom and/or refresh drinks but ended up staying on the dance floor the entire time because every next song was too good to leave! 10/10!
Our DJ, Shawn, did an absolutely amazing job at our wedding. He was very involved in the planning process and even had a phone call meeting with us so we could nail down the different little details for our day. The music he played really made the whole reception. The dance floor was alive the whole night and there was never really a time where no one was dancing. My husband and I even got to go behind his DJ booth and play a few songs which was a super cool surprise that we really loved. Throughout the night the guests kept coming up to me telling me what a great job Shawn was doing. Shawn really took into account the kind of music I specified that I liked/disliked and there was not one song played that I wasn't singing my heart out. I could not recommend Uptown Entertainment enough.
