Brandon, Brandon and Bo were beyond amazing. The initial inspection by Brandon was thorough and informative. This ultimately led to the decision and selecting you all. And when Brandon and Bo showed up to do the actual work they were courteous professional honest and down to earth. Love this company and I switched from another pest control company solely because of Brandon. I added some before and after photos of the crawl space and attic work they did.
The best word to describe Universal is Outstanding. Dave S. and the Universal team were fair, responsive and provided outstanding customer service. They took care of some repairs, kept me informed and completed everything at a fair price and followed up with treatments to make sure the issue was resolved. I would absolutely recommend Universal, they are a good company that provides outstanding results
Scott was very personable and helpful! He made sure to spray every location we discussed and even suggested other locations in the house to take care of as well- including the attic which was VERY hot so I know it couldn’t have been fun.
