Great products. Over the last 3 years we have rented infant car seats, and toddler car seats. We also rented books and a bag of toys each year. This year the big success was the water play station!! Everything has always been great: clean, current and in good working order. The delivery was prompt and we were well notified of the timing. I know of no way to price compare - the car seat seemed expensive to rent but we loved the convenience
The staff was so sweet when I shopping with my baby earlier today 5/4/26. The woman with the amber necklaces (I wish I got her name!) offered to help me multiple times and seemed to genuinely care about my baby's comfort while I was shopping and offered to put a soft blanket in the shopping cart for him. She also spent extra time with me and him at checkout showing me teething necklaces and trying them on to make sure they fit just right and that we were both happy. She went above and beyond and made my experience a happy memory with my baby that I will cherish. Help like this is so rare! She's a true gem! I hope she knows how much her positive energy is appreciated. In addition, I like how fast they review items being brought in for sale. The phone call for completion is always very courteous and they always make sure you understand the pick up policy for rejected items even if you have sold with them multiple times. My mom brain appreciates this. The selection is also great and the store is kept neat, clean, and organized. Great job ladies!
We arrived in Naples with four grandkids 6 and under! After all day through airports, flights, and rental cars, we were all a bit fussy! Googled around to find where to get some baby gear since our Airbnb was short a few things. Megan answered the phone when I called Twinkle Twinkle Little Store (great name right!?) She was so friendly and knowledgeable! Within 30 minutes of my call she showed up at our door with the things we needed! And… they will pick it up our last day here! Blown away with the friendly service and professionalism! We will call them again! Thank you!
Everything about this experience was wonderful. My son had just outgrown the car seat we were intending to travel with to visit my Father in law, days before I panicked and looked up rentals in the area. They responded to my request so fast and installed it for my father in law so it would be ready for our arrival and it was so easy, convenient, and of course the car seat was installed perfectly and safe. Couldn't recommend twinkle twinkle little store more. Excellent service!
Had such a wonderful experience with TTLS! All the toys were perfect for our 16 month old. We recruited a crib that they assembled prior to arrival. He slept like a rock in the crib. We also rented a monitor which was perfect. We rented a noise machine that didn't work and they came to the door to replace it with one that did work within 2 hours. They were easy to reach and super friendly. If we come back to Naples and have young kids, we will 100% call Twinkle Twinkle Little Store! Thank you!
