Do not recommend this pest service. Called them for a ghost ant problem which they took care of. Unfortunately I was talked into a contract to the tune of $600 a year for supposedly regular treatments. Showed up last week with dozens of live and dead roaches, (which I was told would be taken care of), as well as ant infestation in the car that was parked in the driveway. I specifically explained that I wanted the ants to be addressed. Called to have them rectify the problem and was told that a manager would have to come to the house to address the issue. Guess what! No phone call or text just a no show. Horrible customer service. Do not use these people.
Jatavis did an amazing job as a technician. Hard working and very knowledgeable. He is a great asset to Truly Nolan.

Chris is our tech and does a fantastic job. Friendly and knowledgeable. We love his service - but the bugs do not. He is on time, does the work and moves on to the next satisfied customer. Our community pays for another service as part of our HOA, but we have used Truly Nolen since we built the house in 2003. Before Chris we had Todd, who also was an excellent tech. We also have the rodent protection, a valuable service considering the population growth of the palm rats here in Florida. Best to keep them out, since once they are in, damage is big and the removal can be very expensive.
I've been a Truly Nolen customer since 2009 and all I can say is there service is as good if not better than ever. Travis is spot on when I have an issue with termites. I call him and their here to solve my problem within 2 to 3 days. In some cases they've come the same day. Outstanding service.
