I took my daughters out to dinner at the new Trattoria Alvito, and I'm sorry we didn't come sooner! It was awesome. I could've taken better pics of the food, but everything was fantastic. They brought out a crunchy focaccia with a delicious spicy oil for dipping. Oh, my! The portions were large, the food excellent, the staff very attentive, and the restaurant warm and inviting. The gentlemen who work there greet you with a friendly, welcoming smile when you come in, and they work together to make sure you're always well taken care of. The calzone and pizza came out quickly and were all fresh, homemade ingredients. The bartender makes the most delicious mixies! We split the tiramisu for dessert & were not disappointed. Authentic and done perfectly, simply mouthwatering. (I want more.) I hear all this is thanks to the owners being directly from the mother country, and it shows in everything they serve up! We will be back, hopefully sooner than later. Yummy!!!
My boyfriend and I stopped in here as a spur of the moment early dinner. We were recommended by a nearby local business, headhunters. The service was fantastic thanks to Vito. He was so friendly and enthusiastic about the food. He took his time to explain menu options and accommodate certain requests. We got the garlic bread, ceasar salad, bolognese, and chicken Alfredo while we were there. Then got meals to go as well. As far as budget friendly, I would say this place is a great option and very reasonably priced! Ps - you have to try the panna cotta! It was 10/10 and the Italian espresso
Get the carrot pureè 🥕 for realz!! Just try it 🧡 i got the eggplant pizza 🍆 authentic talent in that kitchen 😋 yum!! Great experience- and right next to goldminer!! Win win!
Okay… this one was special 😄 Had a Neapolitan Marinara at Trattoria Alvito in North Fort Myers that was just done right… simple tomato, garlic, basil, and somehow it all just hits perfectly. You can taste the difference in the dough too, super clean and authentically Italian. 🔥 Owners are straight from Napoli, and it shows. And the espresso? Kimbo… so good I had to sit there a little longer and just enjoy it. 💙 BTW they're open 7 days a week!
I would give them 10 stars if I could! Homemade pasta, impeccable service, the food was out of this world. We will definitely be coming back regularly.
