Not the regular run of the mill rehab center. I arrived at Total Vitality Medical Group after a car accident feeling like my body had been tossed down a staircase. I left feeling shockingly… functional. Every visit was smooth, efficient, and suspiciously pleasant for a place that specializes in fixing people who’ve been crumpled like receipts. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and somehow upbeat while dealing with people who make noises every time they sit down. Dr.Bryan explained things clearly, actually listened, and never once made me feel like “just another accident case,” which honestly feels rare these days. Would I recommend getting into a car accident? No. Would I recommend this place if life or another driver makes that decision for you? Absolutely.
Very unhappy with this office! They overcharged me $400 over the 12 visits that I went to there. I am one of the few that was paying on my own and not through suing someone. They should bill you the correct amount upfront! I am now 4 weeks out waiting on your billing department to reimburse me! Totally ridiculous and unacceptable!!
Great office, Great staff! Massage therapies offered are extremely helpful. Dr.Bryan is fantastic! Physical therapy is great they listen and tailor therapy to your specific needs.
I saw Dr Brian for awhile after a car accident and he was great! Very polite, respectful, courteous and insightful. I liked their service so much I came back even after my settlement and continued to see him. I had neck, back and hip issues. There was more than just adjusting at Total Vitality. They also did physical therapy and deep tissue massages that helped tremendously! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you total Vitality!
Review for Total Vitality I want to share my experience at Total Vitality to provide perspective for others considering care here. While I truly value several of the practitioners, my experience highlighted serious issues with professionalism and patient care. Incident with Massage Therapist During a scheduled massage, the therapist was already 8 minutes late, and I noticed the phone vibrating. Only used the right hand to massage me while moving around the table, and at one point, I looked up to see the phone being held above me at an elevated angle. This created a reasonable perception that I was being recorded without my knowledge or consent. Given the vulnerable nature of massage therapy, where clients are partially disrobed, this behavior was unprofessional and potentially unlawful under Florida’s two-party consent laws. Manager/HR Response When I contacted HR/Manager Rox Sands, the conversation was dismissive and condescending. I was told the company “did me a favor” by fitting me in, and that massages are primarily for auto-accident PIP patients who take priority. Rox admitted this was the therapist’s second offense, indicating a clear pattern of misconduct. My future massage appointments were unilaterally canceled, which felt retaliatory. The manager also questioned the integrity of my surgeon’s prescribed post-operative plan, dismissing six weeks of physical therapy as “overkill,” which was medically inaccurate. I have since found out many poeple have had issues with her and this company and no longer with them. Care went downhill under new ownership. Ongoing Issues with Medical Care On top of this, the PA of Dr. Haynes, Cindy has failed to order a test as requested by my doctor and has not responded to repeated texts and messages regarding my blood work review. Office staff in Clearwater are difficult to reach, and conflicting information about the PA’s schedule has only added to the confusion. Owner Lack Of Response I have reached out to the owner, Adam Rosoff, multiple times regarding both the massage therapist (Diana) and the mismanagement of my care by Rox Sands, but I have received no response. Diana does not speak English, may have been recording sessions without consent, and HR/management has handled these situations questionably, raising concerns about HIPAA compliance and overall professionalism and her legal license to practice here in the states which I will be pursuing further with the appropriate channels Summary While some practitioners are excellent, my experience was overshadowed by unprofessional behavior, lack of responsiveness, and questionable management decisions. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in staff training, privacy protections, and patient communication.
