As much as I enjoyed being a patient of Mary and Dr Ken I cannot continue at a practice where the front desk personnel lies and then labels me as the problem. Had I been told my MMJ appointment was being rescheduledfor the third time due to the doctors semi-retirement and that the reason I could no longer have a 4pm appointment was the new schedule was once a month with the doctor only working until 2pm the process would have gone a lot smoother than being told "the doctor's booked up".
Overcharged me by $400 over 12 weeks and still waiting to get my reimbursement 4 weeks later. The billing department has confirmed the over payment but is still waiting on the Clearwater office for final approval. They had no problem overcharging but are taking forever to reimburse. Sadly I was going there on my own paying my own money not through suing like everyone else that is in there. Very unhappy!!!
My kinda place...down to earth very friendly staff. I just had my 3rd treatment ...the quad-fecta 1.1/2 deep massage 💆♂️ (thank you Miss Janet) 2.Ajustment by Dr. Ken...great job. 3. Professional Stretch...thank - you p.t. team 4. Spinal Roller Table - 10 min. Session. Then my bp was taken at 158/100...kinda scary 😨. Can't say enough about Total Vitality Group. I Love ❤️ this place!!!
Dr Ken, Shi, Mike, Jessica, Janet, Christine, Wanda, Megan and Jennifer are the best crew. They take care of me and have a blast while doing it!!!!
