I am so happy with my experience at Tile Outlets of America. And more specifically, I was so glad to meet Stephanie Hyyti, CTS. I didn't even know where to begin to pick out tile for my master bath. To say I was overwhelmed is an understatement. Within 20 minutes, Stephanie guided me through the entire process of picking out three coordinating varieties of tile and the things that went with them. It was easy thanks to her expertise. I can't say enough good things! And I am thrilled with my tile selection. Thank you!
We had visited several tile showrooms and taken home a variety of samples. We couldn’t settle on what we wanted. Then we met Stephanie Hyyti at Tile Outlets in Ft. Myers. She quickly learned what we wanted to accomplish and steered us toward the perfect tiles for our project. She helped us coordinate the bathroom shower with an option for the floor. We left with samples of tiles for each area. She also gave us a list of contractors to contact for proposals. We returned the next day to meet with her again and purchase enough for our projects. She was so enthusiastic and helpful…we are well on our way to the changes we want to make.
From the guys that deliver and load the materials, the cashiers Anna / Roger that check you out, too the sales lady Stephanie and store manager Mark. Thank you for all your help and patience with our recent remodel. We have always purchased our tile from you on other smaller jobs but you guys have all gone above and beyond this last project. 3/18/2026 I just placed an online order for a few grout tools and was having them shipped. WOW!!! $39.25 . Thats a little high I thought, but there was a message to write an email so they could check the fees. I wrote the email and was replied to within 1 hour from Kendra Weaver. She was able to reduce my shipping fees by 50%. Saved $20 dollars. Thats Great Customer Service. They also had the lowest prices on the web and that includes the Big Box Stores. Thanks Kendra. Gerard
We work with Stephanie Hyyti at Tile Outlets in Ft Myers. She is our go to sales person/design specialist for all of our needs. We have purchased back splash tile, shower tile, floor tile and ledger stone from her in the past. She is well versed on all the products and is excellent at design consulting.
