We have been bringing our golden Sasha there for day care and boarding. Tiki Tails is great. This past week we had her groomed! Best grooming any of our dogs ever got and my Sasha is finiky about getting nails done! Staff is great and service is even better. No wonder Tiki Tails is expanding! Ken

Big Shout out to Tiki Tails for taking such good care of our 2 Sheppies, Skye and Blu while we were on vaca! We could see them in their private cabana on video, received a pup card, and they had play time in their private yard 3 times a day with meals and snack/treat times! They love going on their own lil vaca! Thanks for the great care you provide Tiki Tails!🩵🐺💙🐺😍

If you love your dog, do not board them here. I made the mistake of trusting the Google reviews instead of researching this facility across multiple review platforms or speaking with local veterinarians and former customers. I wish I had, because my experience was nothing like the glowing reviews I saw. My dog stayed here for seven days. I provided one bag of Pet Fresh food for each day of his stay, plus one extra bag as a backup. When I picked him up, he had noticeably lost weight. To make matters worse, I was handed back four bags of food—two that staff said they had frozen and two that had been kept refrigerated. There is simply no reasonable explanation for that amount of food being returned after a seven-day stay, and it left me questioning whether my dog was properly fed while he was in their care. As if that wasn’t bad enough, my dog came home limping and developed a respiratory infection after his stay. Instead of picking up a happy, healthy dog, I picked up one who was thinner, injured, and sick. The emotional stress of seeing your pet come home in worse condition than when you left them is something no owner should have to experience. Boarding facilities are entrusted with our pets’ safety, health, and well-being. In my experience, this facility failed on every one of those responsibilities. The money I’ve spent on veterinary care after boarding here only adds to the cost of what has been an incredibly upsetting experience. I would never trust this facility with my dog again, and I strongly urge anyone considering boarding here to do thorough research beyond Google reviews before making a decision. I only wish I had.

No, there is absolutely no love for our furry friends from the owner of this establishment. For years, I took my two Huskies there to be bathed, paying $300 for the pair. Yet yesterday, my appointment was cancelled simply because I asked why I hadn't received an email confirmation. They cancelled the appointment for my second dog and refused to refund my full deposit. The owner of this place didn't care in the slightest that our furry companions—much like children—get attached to the people who bathe them. They adored Nancy, and now, just for trying to clarify a situation, they won't let me bring my dogs back. I tried calling to get my full refund, but the manager kept hanging up on me. They are constantly cycling through staff. I do not recommend this place.

We absolutely love Tiki Tails Dog Resort in Cape Coral! Every single time we use their services, they go above and beyond. The value for the cost is fantastic, and the level of care they provide is truly exceptional. The grooming is always top notch, and my pup comes home happy, relaxed, and completely worn out - in the best way! It’s so clear that the entire team genuinely loves dogs and treats them like family. Thank you, Tiki Tails Dog Resort team, for taking such great care of our pup and for always making us feel confident that they’re in the best hands. Highly recommend
