Cool vibes and beautiful views. We enjoyed our first dinner at the Tigress. We really liked the spicy chicken dumpling dim sum starter. Then my wife and I shared the crispy Brussel sprouts and wok tossed sea bass. Both were excellent! Our server was great as well. We’ll definitely be back for the food and the sunsets cocktails and fun music.

Seriously the best anniversary spot we could have picked! Mysty’s attention to detail to every single thing was AMAZING! The food was pretty great as well but Mysty went above and beyond to make our night the most special night. By the end of the night me and my partner could agree on one thing, we have to come back again but we need to call to make sure we are always seated on Mysty’s section.

First time here and LOVED it! Everything was fantastic. Interesting menu, amazing food and drinks, great service, and exactly the vibe I want on a Friday night. Loved the live music. My wife and I shared the potatoes, brussel sprouts, chicken dumplings, aged beef potstickers, and crab fried rice. Incredible flavors and textures. The combination of the aged beef, punchy mustard sauce, and salty dipping sauce was phenomenal. Loved the slightly sticky texture on the potatoes from the caramel sauce and the coconut/curry flavor. The crab fried rice was maybe the best fried rice dish I’ve had. Exceptional, and with lots of crab. All of the cocktails were fantastic. I particularly liked the li chi sour. And their take on an espresso martini was the best one my wife has had.

Did the Monday evening Valentine celebration (locals know NOT to go out on the actual date 😂). Very nice atmosphere, and of course the views were spectacular! Started with the dried aged beef potstickers: quite tasty, needed the soy sauce and the spicy mustard definitely cleared the sinus. Next was the Supreme Fried Rice: this was ok… needed more flavor from some soy sauce. Entree was the half duck with a duck stuffed French toast: this was crazy delicious!! WOW! All in all it was a very pleasant evening with incredible views and delicious dishes…

I decided to take the love of my life, Dianna, out for a quiet birthday celebration at The Tigress in the beautiful Perry Hotel & Marina. From the moment we arrived, the evening felt special. We were seated at a perfect table overlooking the water, with an unobstructed view of a spectacular Florida sunset. As if the setting wasn’t memorable enough, Chef Dale Talde was there enjoying Father’s Day weekend with his family and graciously acknowledged Dianna. The food was exceptional. The Spicy Chicken Bao delivered just the right balance of heat and flavor. The fingerling potatoes were perfectly prepared, and the Asian sea bass was one of the finest seafood dishes I’ve enjoyed in recent memory—beautifully cooked, delicate, and full of flavor. What impressed me most was how effortlessly everything came together: the food, the service, the atmosphere, and the view. It wasn’t just dinner; it was an experience. The attached video begins with a slow pan from left to right across the marina and sunset, capturing the calm beauty of the evening. As the camera settles, the final image is my favorite moment of the night—Dianna quietly studying the menu, deciding what to order. Nothing staged. Nothing posed. Just a natural, authentic moment that perfectly reflects why the evening was so special. Five stars. An unforgettable birthday celebration, an incredible meal, and a reminder that sometimes the best medicine is taking time to enjoy life.
