2 years ago, i was struggling looking for an attorney that can be investor friendly. I never had to worry if deeds were recorded after closing and mailing it to my end buyers. They are a great firm to work with. Definitely the best in town

I've utilized the McCord law firm a few times over the years and it's always been a great experience. Matt does an outstanding job. Katie has always been such a pleasure to work with. She is super responsive and even my mom commented on how fantastic shes been to deal with! I'd recommend Matt to anyone looking for an honest, down to earth and by the book attorney. I Love working with Matt and Katie. They are absolutely great with my clients, especially with professional courtesy in explaining the documents before signing with each transaction. Always leaving the door open for them if they have questions or concerns after the closing process as well. Katie with is the Paralegal and is great with communicating with everyone with documents and keeping everyone on track with closing and just checking in to make sure that everyone is good…… Thank you for doing such a wonderful job to you both!
