The folks at Superior Fence & Rail were awesome. From quote to install, they were great. Answered all my questions along the way, provided a customer dashboard where I could upload permitting documents, view the quote, pay my deposit and the remaining balance. The price quoted beat other similarly rated competitors by about 25%. Install was delayed by a day for they called a scheduling conflict. They accepted responsibility and discounted the price by $250 for the inconvenience - I didn’t ask for it. Instal crew did a walkthrough with me to make sure they had their notes right. Install was done in about 6 hours and ended with a final walkthrough with me to verify my satisfaction. Daniel led the crew and was my interface with them. Everything looks great! Hope to not have to call them again for a long time, but would! Highly recommended!
Communication from the office itself regarding scheduling is absolutely a negative. Had some issue with an initial install date showing on my dashboard for weeks only to be changed day prior and pushed out another couple of weeks. This is the reason for the deduction. The work on the other hand and installer (s) Alex plus and additional helper (I didn't get the name of) were phenomenal! They arrived late due to traffic issues, apologized profusely and stayed LATE! This was scheduled as a 2 day job, they finished in 1! This definitely saved my experience with this company as my other complaints (many communication/admin complaints not mentioned) would've warranted a 1 star review. Alex saved my entire experience! My fence is STUNNING I have received many neighbor compliments.
Trent McCormick and the Superior Fence team did an amazing job with my vinyl fence installation. I was worried how the install would look due to the irrigation grading but they made it work and I couldn’t be happier (especially because my wife is happy). Install was done in a day, I was able to make a last second change, and the crew that did the install was professional and always had me look at parts of the installation to make sure they got it to our liking. My neighbors went with other companies that took multiple days to do their installs and I’ve already had two that said they wished they would have used Superior. If you need a fence installed go with Superior!
Salesman was able to provide literature and a competitive price within a few minutes. Installers were competent and conscientious as well as paying attention to detail.
The fence installers were great and communicated well with our project. Mark Mitchell was very helpful with planning our project and always available to answer questions.
