Right from the first moment I spoke with Shaina on the phone to book she made me very comfortable. She took the time to explain how she works and the entire procedure and pricing options. She is very personable, pleasant and knowledgeable. For my first time seeing her I was put at ease right away that she knew what she was doing. I usually find doing fillers stressful and painful, this was neither. Not only was I very happy with the results she was just a fun, pleasant person to be around. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!
