Great spot. The owner Chris is a model of the way to do business. He is beyond helpful and extremely honest. Shoots you straight. He isn’t looking to gauge anyone like most other businesses in town. More Naples business owners should be like him. Not to mention he has a wide array of rugs of any style and price.

I bought 2 expense wool rugs that were unique. One of them, we discovered a few weeks later, had a manufacturing defect (some incorrectly pulled loops). Chris, the owner, came over to our house to see the problem, was quick to say it was a manufacturing issue, and that they would make good on the deal no matter what it took. How refreshing. He in fact ordered another, checked it, had it installed etc. at his expense, and I am not sure that the manufacturer would refund him the old one. In short, Chris is a gentleman, and an honest business person. I will always deal with these guys for any flooring needs. I highly recommend them.

Excellent selection and great service! Ed did an awesome job of working with us to select the carpet that fit our needs. He and Christian delivered and laid the carpet in a timely and professional manner! We are very happy with the service we received! Highly recommend them!!
