John and Phil were totally hands on during the entire remodel. They were very polite and professional. They were attentive to all my questions and listened patiently to all my concerns. Paul, their premier Installer did an amazing job! His attention detail was unbelievable! I recommend Southwest Floor Design anybody wants new engineered wood flooring in their house.
