Eddie came out to my house for water/moisture remediation after a pipe burst behind my washing machine this past winter. After dealing with so many companies that upcharge on vague line items, it was a breath of fresh air to work with Service Pro's. I got a simple, accurate quote, and we got to work. To credit Eddie's commitment to excellence, he made absolute sure that there were no lingering issues before leaving. This is the elite level of service every company should have, but sadly don't. This is where Service Pro's rises far above the competition, they have my highest recommendation.

Please, please, PLEASE hire this company! Eddie and his team swimmingly managed my home water damage project and knew exactly what to do from start to finish. The team is knowledgeable and experienced, extremely professional and super-efficient in their work. Eddie was available to answer all questions and really gave me the peace of mind I needed during a stressful time. This is the company to hire in a time of crisis. I cannot recommend them enough!!! Would 100% contract them again.

Eddie Bindou was assigned team leader ( direct liaison) to our building following the water damage from a broken pipe in the wall that covered two units. He was exceptional in helping us navigate with and through the insurance company which can be overwhelming going it alone. Eddie was there every step of the way and his insight and recommendations proved to be invaluable. I feel like in very difficult circumstances we hit the lottery with this guy.
