Spencer with Service One was outstanding. My personal experience again with this company for my air conditioning service and repair was incredibly easy and hassle-free. Their team demonstrated excellent communication, keeping me informed every step of the way.Spencer arrived exactly on time, which I highly appreciated. He was extremely courteous, professional, and respectful of my home. He quickly diagnosed and repaired my AC unit. It is rare to find a business that truly values customer service this much. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, timely, and professional HVAC care!
I appreciate the entire team at Service One. They were dispatched via American Home Shield who I'm NOT too high on right now. The whole reason I pay monthly for a Home Warranty is for this situation and American Home Shield disappointed/let me down completely, thoroughly and entirely... I include that because, despite that disappointment, Service One, did all they could within their control to make this process as painless as possible. They offered a system less expensive than the American Home Shield quote, with better finance options and with a better warranty. Once I committed they had a crew onsite the very next morning and they replaced both systems within a day. I couldn't ask for more.
Amazing service from Service One Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing! I highly recommend this company. Steve was our technician, and he not only solved our issue but also took the time to teach me how to prevent it from happening again in the future. That level of service and professionalism is hard to find. We live near Allen, Texas, and were so grateful that this Keller-based company was able to take care of our home. Mandy was my first point of contact, and she quickly scheduled us for a Saturday appointment. When Steve needed to return to complete the work, Kevin made the rescheduling process seamless. Everyone we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. They went above and beyond—especially considering they were working over a holiday weekend. Thank you, Steve, Mandy, Kevin, and the entire Service One team for such outstanding service!
great service Josh did a good job and he fixed my thermostat super quick. he was friendly and he explain all and answered my questions. definitely recommend the services.
The Service One team is amazing!! I can’t thank you enough for making my home comfortable again - we ended up doing an AC upgrade on one of our units and from the moment the appt was booked, communication and knowledge was on point. Bobbie showed me the pros and cons for a repair vs the upgrade with ZERO pressure and financing was a breeze! Efrain and his peer got the job done without a hitch and in a reasonable timeframe. Efrain was very informative and answered all my questions. I will continue to use them in the future for sure!!
