This is my second time booking here and third time staying after extending my first stay. I love this place a lot, and especially being a women's hostel, the vibe is immaculate. I feel so clam and relaxed and the space is clean and well taken care of. The staff is so sweet and welcoming and extremely helpful. They have great recommendations. They also offer free board and gear if youre snorkeling or surfing. The location is perfect and walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars, and clubs. The bus line runs on both sides of the place so if youre going further out in Oahu, you can easily do that.

I loved my stay at Seaside Women’s Hostel in Oahu! I’ve stayed at a few hostels while traveling throughout Europe, and I figured, why not try one in Hawaii? It ended up being one of the best decisions I made for my trip. Everyone I met was super friendly, and people were always inviting others to join activities or explore together. The hostel’s group chat made it so easy to stay connected with fellow solo travelers One of my favorite parts was the little touches that made it feel like home. Waking up to coffee available in the kitchen, along with sweet treats in the afternoon. The kitchen was also fully stocked with everything needed to comfortably prepare meals. Let's be honest, Hawaii can get expensive! Being able to cook some of my own meals helped me save money without sacrificing convenience. The location was another huge advantage. Everything was within easy walking distance. I could get to Waikiki beach International Market Place and so much more in under 10 minutes, and nearby bus stops made it easier to reach other parts of the island, including the North Shore for my shark tour. Staying at this hostel allowed me to save money and meet people I still stay connected to, to this day. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to any solo traveler visiting Oahu.

Absolutely loved our stay! My sister and I had a private room with a shared bathroom with 6 other girls - it was my first time in a hostel so I was originally hesitant, but Im so glad we went for it. The location is super close to all the restaurants, Waikiki beach, bus stations, and stores, yet its tucked behind a building so its in a very quiet area for sleeping - no traffic noise. The staff was super accommodating, on checkout day they let us keep our luggage there after 11am checkout and then come back to shower (after going to the beach) up until 10pm. If I come back to Honolulu I would 100% stay here again, you cant beat their price for the great accommodations.

Great hostel experience here! Spacious and modern rooms, comfortable beds. All the staff are really friendly & helpful & genuinely enjoy their jobs and helping you have a great stay. It feels so safe & welcoming being around other women only & a lovely way to make friends! I met so many other solo travellers here who were here for self discovery or to celebrate a milestone like a birthday like myself ❤️ The kitchen is great, hot water kettle for oatmeal and a labelled bag system to keep your stuff in the kitchen because eating out in Waikiki is expensive. Lots of pots and pans to use. You do get 10% off at the ALOH Café next door. The outdoor area is lovely with hammocks and a place to sit and all. The 6 person room still felt spacious, there was only 1-2 other guests in the room with me so it was really easy. The private rooms are pretty nice as well, probably during summer when it’s busy it would be nice to opt for that so you have a bit more privacy and control over the windows / fans. Impressed with how it wasn’t noisy at night despite being so close to Waikiki! It’s really such a central location and walking distance to the beach. One challenge was the shower which wouldn’t get warm in our room but in other rooms it was fine. It does get hot in the room at night but there are adequate fans. One of the roommates did leave the window open which let some bugs inside (we had 2 cockroaches lol), otherwise pretty good on bugs (no mosquitos) and if needed the staff will get them for you lol.

So Monik at the front desk was great. Every shared room (8-er or 6-er dorm) has 1 room with a shower and a toilet and one room with a sink. So the mornings and evenings were kind of tricky if 8 girls only have 1 shower and 1 sink to get ready. It is nice though, that it‘s a female only hostel! And they offer tours for 50$, great benefit.
