RST makes finding just the right tile so much easier. Conveniently located, Robert and his family have done a fine job of merchandising a wide selection of tile and stone products from all over the world. Samantha (Sam) delights guests with a yummy pot of candies on her desk and expertly works to make sure sales staff is quickly assigned to each customer. I was impressed how professional and knowledgeable each sales associate presented and cared for their clients. Take home samples were redily available and carefully labeled to move the selection process along. I would highly recommend RST as a "must see" if you are remodeling, bulding a new home, or just dreaming.
Beautiful showroom terrible customer service. Had a very bad experience with their shipping manager who was very condescending and rude. Changed her reasons twice when explaining why they didn’t drop our order of 6 foot long tile first it was garage doors were closed (there were no garage doors on the building) then said we didn’t have anyone on-site to sign. (We were never told someone needed to sign) Even laughed at me as she demanded we pay for another delivery fee. We ultimately sent an employee to pick up. Unfortunate representation of this company. Look at other reviews I’m not the only one. Buy somewhere they respect your business.
