Highly, highly recommend! If you're looking to have your Quest/Poly-B pipes replaced, these are absolutely the people to call. Like any major home project, there are bound to be a few stressful moments, but the professionalism, experience, and knowledge of this team made all the difference. They truly know what they're doing. Brian handled our repipe, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was honest, incredibly knowledgeable, and got the job done right. Most importantly, he genuinely cared about us and our home. I had what felt like a thousand questions throughout the process, and the entire team patiently answered every one of them. Brian’s transparency and expertise earned our trust quickly, which meant a lot since it's not easy having people working throughout your home; especially when you know nothing about repiping! For anyone worried about the mess, don't be. We have two pets and a toddler, so that was a major concern for us. The team did an amazing job containing dust and protecting our home. Every day they cleaned up thoroughly, and honestly, it was never nearly as disruptive as we expected. Having the same person come back each day also helped us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the project. We were able to continue our daily routines, get out of the house, and do activities without feeling like we had to constantly manage the project. The entire process was organized and respectful of our space. We only wish Brian could have been there for the final day and inspection, but Dan stepped in and was fantastic as well. It was clear that everyone on the team shared the same commitment to quality and customer care. And shoutout to Tony who earned our trust from the very beginning when he came out to give us our estimate for the project and has helped us throughout the week:) If you need a repipe, don't hesitate. This team is professional, trustworthy, skilled, and truly cares about their customers. We're so glad we chose them!

60yr old cast iron wastelines under the house replaced to perfection, and, all completed in one day, by one plumber named Hudson. Hudson worked non-stop, discussing what he's doing and even showing me pictures of before & after. A rare breed of worker you see nowadays. Hudson did a fantastic job. Rob Bertolino Plumbing....I will highly recommend to anyone asking if I know a plumber. Thanks for a top notch job!!!! John.

We just had the Bertolino team replace all of our sewage lines which were under a slab. Hudson worked incredibly hard, efficiently, and kept us updated along the way. If you’re looking for smart, reliable, hard working plumbers with great customer service you won’t find a better company in the area than Bertolino plumbing. They not only replaced our lines in record time (Hudson seemed to never tire!) but made improvements and corrected existing issues from when the house was built. You cannot beat the peace of mind knowing your plumbing work was done correctly by professionals, especially living on a slab foundation! I 100% will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

If you have a gas boiler, don't call an HVAC company. Call a plumber--specifically, call Rob Bertolino. We had a new boiler installed five years ago (I know not many people use them anymore) and it worked and kept our house warm but our radiators were obnoxiously loud. We lived with this for five years before I cried uncle and decided to call Rob Bertolino to get a second opinion. He came out and diagnosed the problem and the fix took only a day and was really reasonably priced. After five years we finally have quiet heat and Rob took all of the tension out of the system that was causing the problem. He also found a cracked flange and fixed that. In sum, he was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. I'm just so glad we called him.
