I had a bathroom renovation done for my husband who was in an accident and needed our bathroom converted to a wheelchair accessible shower. It turned out beautifully, still stylish and not hospital looking. The contractors were all very kind and nice to work with, made lots of suggestions and honest about the work. The project manager was very understanding about my personal situation and did everything he could to make it affordable for me, quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. They made adjustments quick and easily if I wanted to make changes as well. The roll in shower and wall mounted sink, classic tile, glass wall, grab bars, sliding door and closet redo are better than we imagined. I was more than satisfied with the outcome!

Renewed Roofing is run by the grandson of a reputable high end landscape company in Keller I have completed a great deal of work for. Hayden worked hard to try to get my roof approved, during that time I broke my back due to a cancer tumor on my spine and my emphasis on surgeries and treatment became a priority. Unbeknownst to me there is a sunset date that insurance companies can enforce that relieves them of financial responsibility, neither my insurance company nor Hayden notified me of. Renewed Roofing received and deposited monies from my insurer. To date, no work has been done and no one will return my calls! I have notified my insurance company as well as the BBB. Very unethical business practices, I would advise avoiding renewed Roofing.

Hayden and the team at Renewed Roof went above and beyond in repairing the siding on our chimney. I received a fast, fair quote and felt that everything was done to work with us. The job was completed faster than expected, and the work was beautifully done. We will definitely be using Renewed Roof for any future home remodeling needs.

Hayden of Renewed Roof replaced our roof after a hail storm. After having multiple roofing companies coming out and looking at our roof we chose Renewed Roof. They where on time, cleaned up ever piece of roof they tore off and replaced our roof better than we ever thought was possible. The way he was able to work with our adjuster and insurance company was amazing and we where grateful that we had someone with this type of experience being our go between. We liked the job he did and the company so much that we used them to build a 24x16 shed in our yard and he once again did a great job on the shed and roof. Highly recommend them AND would use them again in a heartbeat should the need arise!

ReNewed Roofing is BY FAR the BEST roofing company we have ever used! We have had at least four roofs between two homes in the past 40 years. Nobody even comes close to the communication, education, pride of work, dependability, timeliness and haggling with the insurance carrier as Hayden. Hayden goes to bat for the homeowner to make 100% sure that everything that should be covered by insurance is covered! On this most recent roof we had interviewed two other roofing companies. Hayden had been referred to us and was our third company to interview. The comparison between ReNewed Roofing and the others was actually shocking. Hayden went through our policy and explained everything we were entitled to receive. The others did not go into this much detail or education (for us). We thought we knew about roofing but found out there is SO MUCH we did not know! It’s clear to see now that our prior roofs were basically just new shingles at best, and likely should have included much more. It was clear that his entire crew (employees) care about the customer and their workmanship. Each of them were as dedicated to doing a great job as Hayden. It was amazing to watch this team work together so smoothly. Everything just flowed so well and the job was completed very quickly. The outside contractors that work for them were also top notch, such as the painters, carpenters, window guys, etc, etc. All were very professional, courteous, efficient and did outstanding work. Hayden fought hard to get everything insurance was required to cover, so it took a bit longer than any past claim, but it was so well worth the time! Our house and big shed look like new! Hands down, ReNewed Roofing is the BEST of the BEST!
