came in visiting from out of state. I had a wonderful experience a young woman named Drena was so patient and kind helping me and my daughter
I went to store on 2/25/26. Was greeted with the normal yelling Welcome to Rainbow…I was walking around looking; asked a couple of floor support assistance or could they show me where I could find something & the answer was it’s over there in that area…I think one may have been a supervisor…then I asked one them if they could see what size a pair of pants were that was hanging up on wall; her response was she works here too…but I asked her; but anywho; so I did ask the other employee Drina and she checked for me and also helped me after that…she displayed the best customer service care to me and I just want to acknowledge her for her great efforts; she is an amazing customer service rep
Google lied. They don’t open until noon on Sunday. & you can’t see the sign displaying the hours until you get up the steps because it isn’t visible from the car. The hours on google are inaccurate. I travelled across town for nothing. I’m pissed.
Went to Rainbow and bought about twenty cute outfits for $140. Great deal, Great Clothes, And Definitely Cuteness. I suggest going every season or more.
very, very bad store. I and My children went there as soon as my children were choosing toys and bringing them to me to ask me about my opinion, The woman who works there told me that it is not appropriate for them to play with the toys and I told her how are my kids will play with toys and the toys still in boxes she replied for me the same her words after that i taked my kids and we leaved this store Her way of dealing and speaking is very bad and they are not friendly with children. I advise every mother with children not to go there so that she does not feel embarrassed and angry because this store will not allow her to do shopping with her children because it expels you through your children
