Excellent service. Receptive technician (Sean C.) was very amenable to my questions, suggestions, input to help resolve my concerns with opener. I ended up getting a new one! And although the two hour service call ended up lasting about five hours, Sean was neither deterred nor dismayed by the job. By far, Sean was an amicable technician who would go to the end of the earth to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction. He even called the next day - his day off, mind you - to provide a resolution to a parting question I asked. Thank you Sean, and Precision Garage Door, for excellent service and repeated satisfaction!
We are so grateful that we found Precision Garage Door through Google! From the first online request to the completed repair, the entire experience was outstanding. They were able to come out and fix our garage door the very same day, which was a huge relief. While the repair was a little pricey, I truly believe you get what you pay for…..and we absolutely got exactly what we paid for. The quality of the work, professionalism, and peace of mind were worth every penny. A special thank you to Joseph and his partner for doing such an amazing job. They were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to explain everything and make sure our garage door was working perfectly before they left. The team called and asked if they could come earlier than scheduled, which was wonderful. A picture was provided so I knew who to expect. They answered all of my questions and told me exactly what would be done. The gentleman were very courteous. 2.5 hours to complete!

Fast next day service. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about explaining damages and offering choices to repair or replace my garage door. And, also choices with prices. David and his co- worker were fantastic to deal with! Highly recommended!
