My preferred pet store. I always have a good experience with the staff. I come in to stock up on stuff for my betta. Sterling was the last associate I had an interaction with and he was very polite and kind. Showed me things I didn’t even know was in the store and even helped with my transaction.
The young male at the register seemed uninterested and unfriendly. No hi and bye, used only one hand to scan items and process payment when his left hand seem to in perfect condition. You want to have someone who is attentive and friendly up front, greeting customers?
This was our first trip to this location and we fell in love. We ended up adopting two kittens from their lot. We went inside to spend time with the kittens and when we met these two, they were ours. The adoption process was quick and simple. The workers are super attentive and thoughtful. They assured us regarding the kittens' records and gave us plenty of insight to make this a very easy transition for everyone. We're so happy with the new additions to our family. I recommend coming here in person and getting to know the store. The other workers stocking the place and helping us as cashiers are super knowledgeable and patient. I know we'll be back here for more supplies for sure.
