We signed a contract with Pest Bear a year ago to take care of our yard. My wife told them at the time that she would give them 6 months to get the yard into shape. After 6 months we called to tell them that they had not kept up their end and we wished to cancel the service. They begged us to allow them to continue and said the next couple of service calls would be free, but they never were. They want you to setup your account with auto draft so after they pull the money, there's no way to get it back. You really need to look no further than the attached photo. This is after a year of Pest Bear maintenance. Now we had no issue with the techs that came. They were always very nice and understood our frustration. Our problem was with management. We would have long conversations with our tech, who assured us he would put notes in our file outlining our concerns, only to have someone in management tell us when we would call to complain that there was no notes in our file. It seems as if management has no idea what's going on out in the field. Once, while talking to one of their sales people who had come to our house, he called into the alleged owner of the company and put his phone on speaker so I could hear both sides of the conversation. The owner obviously did not know that I could hear him and I heard him tell the sales person that they would not be giving me any kind of free service or make an additional service call without charging us for it. So finally, after a year of worsening yard, my wife calls to cancel the service, which is not a easy process. She ended up having to talk to three different folks, each of which tried to convince us that we needed to give them one more chance to make it right. The third person, whom I assume was some manager tried several times to get us continue with them. After he finally realized that it wasn't going to happen, he said, "Yup" and hung up. Rude, childish, and totally unprofessional.

Full service monthly lawn. Tyler does an excellent job. My lawn looks great even in this drought. Highly recommend Tyler and Pest Bear.

We were extremely disappointed in the rodent extermination service received. I would highly recommend using a different company. PestBear did not provide poop removal or thorough sanitization. Weeks later we are still dealing with lingering smell and cleaning up after remaining feces ourselves. Other companies seem to offer more thorough clean up especially given the risks associated with rodent feces. We love pest bear for pest control but as far as rodent extermination goes, look elsewhere.

I've already informed them several times that watering times are Monday and Thursday. They're coming on Wednesday and expecting me to water. But I'm in Switzerland, not in CC. Furthermore, I've already called three times and left messages explaining that my plants are infected with fungus, and nobody is doing anything about it. And now they're sending me a bill. I paid for a year in advance, so what's going on?

We have used Pest bear (Michael) for a few years, he is very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs an exterminator. If a situation ever comes about he does his best to get to us in a timely manner! Very happy with him and our experience with the company!
