Pascal built a home next to my property and accidentally damaged my fence during the process, and to my surprise, fully paid to have it fixed properly. They were extremely professional as well. I haven’t built with them, but was very impressed with this experience.

Let me first start by saying we met with Pascal Construction first in our research for the build of our new home. We saw at least 7-8 builders and came back to them. Every builder wanted to upcharge for every little thing. Pascal Constructions houses are beautiful without getting hit with all the additional fees. When you walk into one of their homes you will see finishes that all the other builders charge as an upgrade, but in their homes these upgrades are standard. What you see is what you get. With Pascal you will never walk into a home and hear the famous "this model starts at this price but with all the upgrades its 150k more!" They walked us through the process, step by step and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend them if you are looking at building a new home!! When our home was completed we even went back around to check out the other builders again, and you cannot touch Pascal's quality and beauty without spending substantially more money than what they charge. I would not think twice about building with them again!
