Really enjoyed a twilight round here at a great cost for 9/18 holes. Carts have brand new GPS that looks incredible! Very fun course that demands tee shots to be in play on about half the holes and the rest is pretty open! Very good greens and very scenic. Check it out!

Paris Mountain Country Club is fun but challenging. The course is very fair in terms of length off the tee; the challenge is that the greens are small and run fast. And on some holes the hills create a challenge with uphill/downhill/side hill lies. The condition of the course was excellent! Greens in great shape, fairways were green, rough was fair/not too punishing, and the sand was quite fluffy (which surprised me because many Greenville courses have very hard packed sand). Also, the carts are nice because they have a very good GPS system. It actually tells you not just distance but how long the shot plays (e.g. yards 120 but plays 140). The staff is very welcoming (it was my first time at the course and Judy in the pro shop took the time to take me on the balcony to show me where the 1st and 11th holes were located). The course also has a very nice grill with lots of options and the staff was again very welcoming! The practice putting green is small but you get an idea of the slopes you will face on the greens on course. They do have a driving range but I did not use it so can't speak to it's condition. Overall, I will play again but maybe when it's not 97 degrees and humid. Actually the only thing my friends noted was that they did not see any water jugs on the course so make sure to bring water or stop in the grill before to get drinks and food for the course. :-)

Course is in good shape. It's a mountain course so overly wet spots and dry spots are expected due to water runoff. The layout is a lot of fun and will challenge most parts of your game. Had an issue with them shutting down the range for an Easter egg hunt and not notifying us along with 16 members being booked to play 2 tee times in front of us which pushed our tee time back. They compensated us for our frustrations there. Back 9 always ends up getting a little congested on play bc all the fairways are right near each other so everyone ends up having to wait to hit bc of people playing from other fairways. Overall though I really enjoy the course.

The rangers made the experience go from amazing to flat out annoying. We were instructed to split originally with our group of 8, which we agreed to after the hole we were on, which the ranger agreed too. Once we finished the hole more rangers pull up to us after we split our group and they preceded to follow us like chaperones and blocked the path as if we weren’t going to follow their instructions. It was clear they were searching for a reason to create conflict. The golf course is great, but the staff need to do a better job to not ruin everyone’s day over there own power trip.

I'm sorry but this was very disappointing to go play this course after I read the reviews. The course is in such bad shape there are roots growing in the sand traps the fairways are non-existent and you have to use a hammer to get your tees in the ground. I would love to give this course a great rating but until they make improvements I just can't. I asked the guy in the pro shop if he would honor the prices for the after two on a weekend and he would not do it therefore we just stopped after nine holes.
