We had an excellent experience with Paradise Windows in Naples, Florida, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for professional window and door replacement. Our project included 8 French doors and 25 windows, and from start to finish the process was smooth, organized, and exactly as promised. Alberto, the head laborer on the crew, was absolutely fantastic. He is extremely easy-going, always happy, and one of the hardest workers I’ve seen. His craftsmanship and attention to detail truly stood out, and he consistently made sure everything was done right. Tony, the job supervisor, was equally impressive. He was very informative throughout the entire project, kept us updated, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was completed exactly as they said it would be. There were no surprises—just clear communication and follow-through. What really set Paradise Windows apart was that Jerry, one of the owners, personally came out to do a final inspection of the project. That level of ownership and accountability is rare these days and speaks volumes about how much they care about quality and customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for window replacement in Naples, FL, French door installation, or a company that truly stands behind their work, Paradise Windows is the way to go. We just had an outstanding experience replacing all of our windows and doors. We received estimates from six different providers and decided to sign the contract with Paradise Windows & Door Replacement, and it was a great decision. Our installation crew, some with over twenty years of experience, did a phenomenal job. They were knowledgeable, patient and respectful of our home, taking time to cover our furniture, flooring and pool prior to beginning the job. Additionally, they cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. Nick, Tori & Brian are extremely professional and provide exceptional customer service. It is very rare to find a company that provides this level of care and support. We love our new windows and doors and highly recommend Paradise Windows & Door Replacement!!

I had a fantastic experience with Paradise Window Company! Thank you to Brian and Tori. They transformed my space by taking out a wall and replacing my sliding door, expanding a window to a beautiful picture window in the upstairs area, and installing a 16 ft long sliding door. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were top-notch. The team was professional, efficient, and left my home looking stunning. I couldn't be happier with the results! Highly recommend Paradise Window Company for their exceptional work and friendly service. All my neighbors comes and asked who did the work!!!!

Joe and Pancho arrived within the timeframe provided and were very cordial. They covered all furniture within the work area and proceeded with demolition and installation of new sliders in a very professional and timely manner. I purchased a new door from a well known retailer and hired a handyman to install it. Unfortunately the job was mishandled. I then hired Paradise. They came out and installed the door the right way. They did a great job. I wish I had hired them first. I highly recommend Paradise and would hire them again. They were very professional and kept me informed every step of the way.
