I wouldn't even rate 1 star. With the service and attitude of the personnel answering phone. They Only got 1 person for entire city working to come look at the dumpster that needs to be replaced. There is many people looking for jobs may be the company needs now hiring sign so we don't have to wait months before getting service but every month they want there money on time.
I would love to give a decent review of this trash service but I've tried to phone repeatedly for over a week to establish new service and no one answers the phone. There is no voice mail either. I suppose I'm going to take time off of work and go down to their office. Seriously, I'm compelled to use their trash service but communication is non-existent.
You must call after 7am to speak with a live person, the employees are very well trained at there job, we take customer service very seriously.
Terrible service, wouldn't pick up the can for 2 weeks because of a dry-rotted cabinet. We have to pay for this service.
