I popped in for a root touch up, cut, and wash on my birthday yesterday and truly, the team is so phenomenal. I don’t live in the area but frequent Naples to visit my family and I intend to plan ALL my future haircuts for when I’m in town. Roxanne was so friendly, fun, and chatty. She has a really positive energy to her that is just different for me because most salons where I live (NYC) just want you in and out and on to the next. Marilane, who did my hair, really listened to me, looked at the pictures I showed her, and gave me conservative recommendations for face framing layers that would suit my Erie hair texture and growth pattern. It’s so hard to find a stylist who will take inspiration and really make it “your own.” I was so impressed. I also had a chance to chat with Roxanne about her hair philosophy, product use, and ethically recommending product use vs pushing products based on brand partnerships (how most salons function). I highly recommend the team here and I’m eager to come back for future styling.

I went in for a mani/pedi, makeup and hair for my intimate wedding. I’m in my upper 60’s and I’m not into a lot of makeup or hairspray/ratting. I’m much more of a “plain Jane”” Merlin was great with the nails and makeup! (Although I really questioned the fake eye lashes!) The hair was my biggest obstacle! I workout daily and it had been 2 days since my hair had been washed. I assumed that the salon would wash it. I really wanted my hair down! My “home” hair dresser, my soon-to-be husband and the professionals at pampered image said “hair up”! This was really not me! (I felt like a raccoon with my make up and a rat’s nest with my hair!) I went with the flow! The look on my husband’s to-be’s face said it all! He broke into tears when he saw me! When asked on a scale of 1 to 10, he said I was a 25! Thank you Pampered Image for convincing me to do something out of my comfort zone! It was perfect, just like our wedding so d by Ed Sheeran “Perfect”

Went to Pampered Image to get a pedicure with Merlin who was the absolute best!👌 She was kind, courteous, and did a wonderful job cleaning up my feet. Making them look and feel amazing. I also got the paraffin wax treatment which was the golden ticket! I walked out of there with my toes shining and twinkling and a laugh in my belly after conversing with all the fun clients and staff, plus Roxanne, the head lady herself. These people love what they do and I loved going! I will be back! Thank you Pampered Image!! 😊

Roxanne at Pampered Image did a fantastic job on my hair! She’s extremely knowledgeable and truly knows how to bring out the best colors to match your skin tone, face shape, and style. She’s the best at what she does, and the ambiance in her salon makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
