Excellent experience. Easy to book an appointment. Was offered same day service - but I chose next day. Adam was the plumber who came out on time to rescue my toilet from a plastic item flushed down by my daughter. Quick and easy turnaround. He explained everything - was polite - and quoted a fair price. Not cheap but fair. Appreciate it and will use them again when needed.
Terry was outstanding! He came out and had my water up and running in no time. Very much appreciated 👍🏻 I’m a local home inspector and very often refer my clients. Always on time and professional!
I called for a leak detection service for my home. The person answering the phone was very polite and offered for a technician to be there within the hour. I loved that! Joey arrived as promised and was very up front about cost and services. Explained everything to me and taught me a few things about what to look for as well when it comes to plumbing and leak detection. He was able to locate the problem and fix it within a timely manner. The receipt was very detailed as far as work went, which made me feel better knowing they also keep track of what they do, who does it, what parts and what not. Thank you Joey for coming out and helping me yesterday!
I chose Next Plumbing & Air because they had inspected the home before I purchased it, and I felt comfortable continuing with the company that was already familiar with the property. As a result, I didn’t spend much time shopping around before moving forward with the installation. Over time, as I discussed the project with others and researched comparable systems, I learned there were other reputable HVAC companies offering similarly efficient solutions at significantly lower price points. In hindsight, I likely would have explored additional options had I known more about the market at the time. Unfortunately, my concerns today are less about the original installation and more about the customer service that followed. Approximately eight months after installing a new system that cost around $16,000, I needed assistance identifying and sourcing the correct replacement air filter. I contacted Next Air three weeks ago and received no response. I followed up again nearly two weeks ago and still did not receive a callback. Because we have a three-month-old baby at home who had been dealing with a persistent cough for weeks, I wanted to address any potential indoor air quality concerns as quickly as possible. While I was not assuming the HVAC system was the cause, I felt it was important to eliminate any possible issues and expected timely support from the company that installed the system. After weeks without a response, I ultimately hired another HVAC company to identify the correct filter, replace it, and service the unit. Ironically, the company that stepped in to help was one of several local providers I later discovered offered competitive solutions and responsive customer service. The equipment itself may be fine, but the lack of communication, follow-through, and post-installation support has left me disappointed. When a customer makes a significant investment in a new HVAC system, basic responsiveness should not be difficult to obtain.
I put out a request for help changing out a toilet in my motorhome. NEXT contacted me in 5 minutes. Anthony came out the following day, with a convenient heads up call from the office. He was polite, fast and fair. Job done in 1/2 hour. Plumbing services is a very competitive sector. You can spend hours sorting out quotes. Forget that. Save your time and money and call Next Plumbing first. UPDATE: I just received a follow-up call asking me how it went. Come on! Who does this anymore? It's easy to email out some dopey survey, but this kind of personal contact is peerless in the industry.
