I had such a wonderful experience at this medspa! The owner and nurse practitioner (Mandy) is incredibily kind, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to listen to your concerns. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and want the best results for you. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and relaxing. I felt completely comfortable and confident in my treatment. I Highly recommend Mandy!
I went in and pellet were inserted. I noticed swelling and hurt so bad I couldn't even be touched. I called the office and was told to come in to take a look. I told Mandy I think I have an infection. Mandy Looked at the site and insisted she must have hit a nerve and was going to give me a steroid injection. I took her word for it and agreed. Nothing changed. It only got worse. Indeed the site was infected. I was septic! With several doses of strong antibiotics, x-rays, ultrasound, ER trip, and General Surgeon, the infection is being taken care of. Plus all the money out of pocket,. The site is still healing after five months. They told me she should have NEVER given me the steroid shot as she sent it off into a tizzy, making the infection a hundred times worse. I would never recommend this place to anybody. She never returned my phone call and never responded back after I had to call back her office to let her know what was going on to even see how I was doing. I am so so disappointed! I would not trust her. You do realize Mandy that sepsis can kill! Maybe you should start listening and being more attentive to your patients. You are no better at listening than the other place I came from.
So grateful my girlfriend told me about NewU Wellness. I’ve been feeling horrible and now I’m on the road to better health. Wonderful staff. Highly recommend
I have had only great experiences at New U Wellness. Since I first walked in the door they have been warm, caring, professional and very relaxing. Mandy is such an incredible person and that is a reflected through out the office.
I really tried to form a relationship with this office. But it’s impossible. Last month I had my blood drawn the girl who is no longer there, hit a nerve. When I screamed, she asked if she should pull the needle out and try again lol I said no I just do it. Just finish it. It was the most painful blood drive I’ve ever had. She even admitted she hit a nerve I couldn’t move my arm for about two hours afterwards. The owner stated that that’s normal. That is not normal. I’ve had blood drawn for 55 years and that has never happened. So now I overlook this and I still can’t get my refill after three phone call I leave messages with the receptionist on their voicemail to no avail so I’m going to have to change. But they do make sure to call me to ask if I want their monthly membership.
