We’ve been Disney pass holders for years and eat at Naples on Downtown Disney pretty often because the food is consistently good and the atmosphere is always enjoyable. The pizza is one of our favorites, the steak was cooked well, and the bar never disappoints. We had a Midori Sour and a couple of beers and everything was great. The reason for 3 stars is the cleanliness. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time we’ve had this issue. We’ve had dirty forks and dishes on multiple visits, and there have even been times when plates still had food stuck on them. We’ve started asking for plastic silverware because it happens often enough that we expect it now. It’s disappointing because the food and service are usually good, but the dishwashing and quality control really need improvement. We’d love to keep coming back, but we hope management takes the cleanliness issue more seriously.

We had a party of 7, 6 adults & a toddler, and sat outside. The atmosphere outside was really good, perfect evening. Inside seemed noisy & stuffy. Service was excellent: very friendly, prompt, and checked with us during the meal. No rush to finish. The quality of the food was excellent also. We ordered a large Margarita Pizza for the table to share and then individual meals. A Sonoma Chicken salad, it was very fresh and tasty. Contadina Salad, also very fresh and good. Vegan Bolognese & Penne was very good. Wagyu Bolognese Lasagna was excellent and very tasty. Can highly recommend.

I live for Pizza. (So much so that I'm not going to correct the capitalization of the word "Pizza" in that sentence...it's that important.) My wife, teenage son, and I were spending a full day at the parks and wanted a good dinner...Reservations weren't available anywhere. (Hot tip - if you're visiting Disney, reserve dining as far in advance as possible so you won't be worried.) But we managed to get right in as they opened a dining area on the second floor to accommodate walk-ins. Hurrah! (At first they wanted to seat us on the balcony, but there was no shade from the sun there...they managed to reseat us right away inside...again, hurrah!) The menu is straight out of Italy...including a "Spritz Menu" – I initially ordered an Apérol Spritz so I could fully remember what it was like wandering the cities of Italy in the late afternoon during the pre-dinner Aperitif hour...but then I noticed they also had a flight of "cellos" on the menu - Our server managed to switch my drink order to that and pretty soon my wife and I were sipping orange cello, limoncello (of course) and pistachio-cello! Again, again, hurrah! Were we actually somehow back in Italy? For food, we shared the Side Della Casa Salad, which was beautiful and enough for the three of us to have some before the star of the show arrived. For us, the star of the show was the pizza - We got a large, half New York and half Genovese. (They can do half and half on pizzas as long as the sauce on both halves is the same.) This pizza was truly delicious, very Naples-authentic (though we could eat it with our hands, unlike in Naples, where it's a fork and knife situation.) As a lover of pizza, in general, and as someone who truly appreciates authentic and good pizza, a million miles over the chain pizza restaurants, I was in pizza heaven eating slices from this pie. If you're in Downtown Disney and have a hankering for excellent and authentic food from Italy, try your luck getting a table here. We're glad we did.

We had a wonderful dinner here celebrating our friends birthday! Corey was hilarious and kept us all laughing the entire night! He was on top of everything and didn't skip a beat. He also was kind enough to take an extra second of his time to snap photos of the entire table. The force is definitely strong with this serving Jedi!

I like dropping by Naples once in a while. I enjoy the outdoor dining area and the bar. A relaxing spot for good pizzas and drinks, people watching, and enjoying the Disney vibes. They also offer seasonal and celebration items. FOOD: - Great pizzas 5/5. Enjoyed most of the pizzas I had here. - Appetizers 4/5 - Pastas and Salads I haven't had many here, but the family has enjoyed a few of these - Lasagna 2.75/5, I was craving it recently and decided to try it. Flavors were decent. The layers looked impressive, but on the first bite, it wasn't as hot as I expected. Like it was sitting out a while. I was surprised it arrived at our table at the same time as the appetizers. It needed more marinara, cheese, and/or Béchamel sauce. It was just okay, and I didn't feel like finishing it. I took most of it home. It could have been better if they had taken more care with it. I've had better elsewhere, and at a more affordable price, so I probably wouldn't get it here again. DRINKS: - Plenty of drinks to satisfy, from wine to house cocktails and mocktails, beers, and more. SERVICE AND AMBIENCE: - Service has been pretty good on most visits. Most staff are friendly and offer a welcoming experience. - Plenty of seating inside and outside with bar seating. - Reservations are recommended, especially for families and larger parties. We've also done walk-ups, with little wait during the week, but weekends can get busy. - If you have a Magic Key, your discounts will apply here. - They also validate parking if you park in the DTD lot and spend $25 or more.
