So rarely does a vendor do exactly what they say they are going to do but, M Waste actually exceeded my expectations. Running multiple facilities can get cumbersome, M waste has made both of our labs better and cleaner
I’ve been using MWaste for over 10 years for my tattoo studio, and they provide excellent professional service, are friendly, knowledgeable and compliant. The customer service feels more personable, like a mom and pop business. You don’t feel like just a number when you talk to them. My original shop was destroyed on Fort Myers Beach, and I am just so happy they are able to service my new shop in the new location.
We switched over from trilogy to Mwaste, and it's been amazing. We have not had any issues with our pickup dates, and if we have any questions Austin is very quick to answer. Totally happy with their professionalism and customer service. :)
Highly recommend! After a nightmare with our previous company trying to scam us, they are a breath of fresh air. They have bent over backwards to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable trusting them, & the prices are way better too. Wish I would’ve switched along time ago
