I had the pleasure of having Ashlyn and Lupe clean my home and they did a PHENOMENAL job. My house has never been professionally cleaned and I wanted to surprise my husband when he returned from his trip to Europe with a deep cleaned house. These girls were meant for the job - they spent 3 hours deep cleaning my home and it absolutely shows. I’ve actually never seen my oven shine the way it is now lol Ashlyn and Lupe were so sweet and you can tell they take pride in their work. I will absolutely be back and will be requesting them again 🥰

Terrible service! We hired Molly Maid of St. Petersburg for several months, hoping for reliable recurring service. Unfortunately, the quality steadily declined despite multiple conversations with management about areas repeatedly being missed. The final cleaning was unacceptable. The crew was in our home for only about 1 hour and 15 minutes, yet they left kitchen counters covered in coffee stains and bread crumbs, the carpets were not vacuumed, overflowing trashcan, bathroom sink dirty, and the house had not been dusted. We took photographs documenting everything they missed. When we contacted management, we requested a refund and asked to cancel our service. Instead of taking responsibility for the poor quality of the cleaning, they refused to refund the $189 we were charged and insisted on sending the same cleaners back. By that point, we had already hired another housekeeper because we had lost confidence in their ability to provide the service we were paying for. The biggest issue is the apparent lack of quality control. The cleaners seem to have little accountability, and there appears to be no meaningful supervision or inspection of their work. After multiple complaints over several months, nothing improved. Paying nearly $190 for a cleaning that left obvious dirt, crumbs, coffee stains, unvacuumed carpets, and undusted surfaces is unacceptable. This is, without question, the worst cleaning service I have ever experienced. I cannot recommend this company. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

We had a great experience with Molly Maid! The housekeepers Stephanie and Ivy did an excellent job from start to finish. They were incredibly hard-working and paid close attention to detail, making sure everything was thoroughly cleaned. Not only were they efficient, but they were also very friendly and professional throughout the entire visit. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend Stephanie & Ivy from Molly Maids to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality cleaning services!

We have used Molly made at our home here at the St. Pete several times. We have never had bad service and the staff is always very friendly. Joe and Raven did a fantastic job today! I would highly recommend.

Joann and Jodie were amazing! They came in and were very personable, and provided a great cleaning experience. If I happen to need another cleaning I will definitely reach out to Molly Maid, and request them specifically for service.
