I cannot say enough good things about Mobility Direct. From day one, they took the time to truly understand both my needs and my mother’s needs, helping us find the perfect travel scooters. I ended up with the incredible Golden BuzzAround Carry-On HD, which has honestly been life-changing for travel, and they helped my mother find the right scooter for her as well. Their knowledge and customer service didn’t stop there. They also helped us find excellent accessories, including high-quality seat backpacks that have made travelling so much easier. What really sets Mobility Direct apart, though, is how they handle customer care when things go wrong. While I was on a 7-day cruise, my scooter battery suddenly began failing. It would charge and connect properly, but while riding, the scooter would randomly die mid-movement. Anyone who relies on mobility equipment knows how stressful and scary that can be, especially when facing a long trip home through Logan International Airport with connecting flights. Julius from their customer service team went completely above and beyond. He worked directly with Golden to get the battery replaced under warranty and somehow arranged for an overnight shipment to my hotel in Boston before my flight home. From what I understand, this is not something manufacturers typically do. Because of Julius and the team at Mobility Direct, I was able to get home safely and without the anxiety of wondering how I’d manage the airports without my scooter. That level of care, urgency, and genuine compassion is rare these days. Mobility Direct earned a customer for life. Highly, highly recommended.

I stopped by on a whim to look for a device for my dad. What I got was top notch customer service, detail oriented answers and a feeling I haven’t felt in a long time-relief. These gents know what they’re doing. I was able to get my immediate needs met and they were kind enough to not oversell me on alternatives. They even competed with themselves to offer me the best deal at the last minute. Thank you Mobility Scooter Direct! This was worth the drive from Punta Gorda!

I bought Tamago (my scooter) on the website using the financing method offered. It arrived promptly and fully assembled. I had no issues with the scooter; everything worked perfectly. Mobility Direct reached out before the scooter arrived to direct me to a youtube video about how to manage the battery charging. I ordered a package that had a usb phone charger, rain cover and phone holder - all of which are great, although I'd prefer the rain cover to be custom to my scooter model - it's a little loose fitting. The experience with Mobility Direct was very easy and professional and satisfactory. The scooter works great. I'm happy with my purchase and would buy from them again :)

Awesome selection of really modern mobility scooters for sale. They are very nice to work with and have tons of lift chair recliners for sale too. They definitely are going to get my business and many referrals when people see me riding on my new Go go scooter. Thanks you guys!!

The Company did an outstanding job with my order. They gave me a discount code to use which helped me on the price. The Unit arrived quickly in good shape. The only issue I had was the Charger was bad so I made a Customer Service Ticket and they had one shipped from the factory and it arrived about 4-5 days later. The unit showed a full charge so while I was waiting on the charger, I could use around the house getting accustomed to the operation. Will be ordering from them again and now looking at Lift Chairs. GREAT JOB!!!!!
