Tyler did a great job! He was very well spoken and engaged. He explained everything that was going on with our unit.. Our outside Fan was dead and needed replaced… He also did a diagnosis of our system and he noticed a capacitor that was not 💯 but still within working parameters. He gave us options but did not push in any way to purchase anything that was not working.. Tyler also did not push for us to get a whole new A/C system but did tell us if that is something we are interested in.. he is not the one to sell it to us.. there was a another department that will give us options.. great experience! Especially on a holiday weekend and a Sunday to boot!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Milestone! They installed ceiling fans, a light fixture, and pendant lights for me, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Ricardo came out first and was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a lot going on at the time, and he was so patient while I worked through everything. He took the time to clearly explain the estimate and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. He also helped get someone scheduled out very quickly. Wesley came out for the installation and did a fantastic job. He was professional, efficient, and worked quickly while still paying attention to detail. Everything turned out perfect, and he made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. I’m extremely happy with the results and the level of service I received. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a home service company, and I will absolutely be using Milestone again for future projects. Highly recommend!

Milestone came out the first time for a hvac tune up 3 years ago. Then two more as part of our membership, also preformed electric safety check, replaced 4 fans, cleared a drain, and then the big one. The electrical bills became 4 then 5 then 600 a month each summer on average then the gas bill increased more and more. Milestone came. out and did a service on the furnace and the price got better but then the next year boom a 700 dollar electric bill for freaking april. We called Milestone again and they did a full evaluation on the duct system return air and our ac and furnace. They told us we probably have a few years left on it but the builders duct work was way under sized, return air to little, ac and furnace where running all the way on full blast when ever they kicked on and our outdoor system was not idea for a 2 story house. The quoted us out for a whole new system that was 6k more than the next competition. However they where the only ones that had a solution that didn't involve cutting huge amounts of sheet rock to redo the duct work, offered an inspection with the city, offered the longest warranty, and had payment plans other companies didn't come close to offering. Yes we paid close to 35k for a new hvac system for a at the time 4 year old house now 1 year later we have been able to fully compare what we have saved. On average our electricity bill during the spring and summer was less than half than the previous summer and then this winter we saved on average 1/3 less when running the heat. All that being said we are paying just about the same amount for our utilities and our monthly payment as we where paying for just electric and gas the previous year. Milestone has always been fully transparent on their prices, the techs who have come to our home have been on time, professional, knowledgeable and most important to me they have treated my home like it was there own. No loud music, no half done clean up job, and when we had a problem with the thermostat not connecting to a new cell phone we got I had a hvax manager call me and walk me through everything in less than 10 minutes. Id recommend them to anyone who puts quality work and quality techs over the cheapest price.

André Sanchez came on a Saturday morning because one of our AC units wasn’t cooling. He found the issue and corrected it. He thoroughly checked the complete unit to verify that was the issue and then spent time explaining to us the situation and what was done to correct the problem. He was polite and did the job very satisfactorily. I would have him work on our AC units again. I highly recommend Andre.

Abel Lomas and Brandon were absolutely wonderful. Abel went above and beyond to look at the entire system and took his time to get to the issue with my A/C in the middle of the Texas heat. He explained everything well and made me feel incredibly comfortable with the repair. Thankful for his patience and dedication to finding a clear solution.
