We just completed an extensive remodel of our first floor with McDrake and we are so pleased! The project finished on time and within budget and with the minimum of stress. Darren, Lina, Tom, Veronica, Christina and all the staff were professional, patient, organized, responsive and so personable. In terms of organization, a project binder that outlined every element of the project with the schedule and all the details was available in our home throughout the project. We received an email update every Friday that reviewed what had been done that week and what was scheduled for next week. One of the biggest benefits of working with McDrake is that they coordinate every element of the project from painting to flooring to masonry. This meant that they could tweak the schedule so when we ran into a delay with the stairs it did not delay the project. We also liked their business model that the project does not begin until they have all the materials so there were no delays waiting for a light fixture or door hardware. At the completion of the project, we were given a folder with warranty and operating information for the items installed as part of the project. The quality of the workmanship was also excellent. Our floor was very uneven, so the installers covered all of the subfloor with plywood and evened everything out before putting down the new floor. The custom vents, stairs and quarter round were stained to perfectly match the flooring. The stonework on our fireplace is gorgeous as is the custom vanity in the bathroom. From painting to tile work to lighting, we were pleased with every element of the project. We’re now enjoying our “new” home and highly recommend McDrake for your next home improvement project.

We were impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. Whenever we had a question, project manager Christa always responded promptly. The crew were outstanding as well. Our bathroom came out beautifully! McDrake just finished our hallway bathroom. Lina (project manager), Bonnie (designer), Christina (flooring), and Jose (construction lead), were awesome! I can’t say enough how happy we are with both bathrooms! We asked for a completion time of 3 weeks on the second bathroom and McDrake pulled through! We will be going to McDrake for any future projects we may have. I can’t say enough good things about this company! McDrake built a new addition to our kitchen as well as expanding and roofing over our brick front porch. This included taking down walls, creating a see-through counter to our living room, new quartz counters and peninsula, installing new appliances, flooring, and windows. A great team; they work together. They listen. They do a professional job. We are very pleased (as are our neighbors who keep trooping through to see). And we're asking McDrake back to do our siding, windows, and back patio.

McDrake did an absolute amazing job converting our loft into a beautiful new bedroom. From start to finish, their communication was excellent, the project stayed on schedule, and the workspace was kept clean throughout. The quality of the work was outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. This was our second major remodel in our home but the first time we used McDrake. If we could go back and do it again, we would have chosen McDrake both times. Fantastic work and my daughter loved her Japanese themed gifts :)

McDrake Remodeling did an awesome job with our bathroom renovations! I am very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship that was put into my bathrooms. It was a pleasure working with the whole team from start to finish. I tell everyone that the best part of coming home from my deployment was seeing and using the new bathrooms that McDrake Remodeling did! Highly recommend to anyone and will be using them in the future for projects!!!
