We had a fabulous experience working with Dawn and Maye-Webb at Lake Forest Flooring and their subcontracted flooring specialist, Derek, to refinish the red oak hardwood floors throughout our home and rebuild our main staircase! The entire team was very professional, timely, and attentive and our results speak for themselves! Thank-you!
Poor installation and cheap pre finished wood unless you want lots of worm holes. If you run your hand over it, you get splinters and the boards are not level where they meet. Quarter round molding does not meet at corners and you can see gaps in floor.
Fantastic to work with and we love the results so much! We had engineered hardwood installed and it looks so good. Maye Webb recommended the product and color which ended up being just what we wanted, and worked with us to make it look perfect. They also did an awesome job customizing the edges to our fireplace shape. Couldn't recommend them enough, it transformed the whole room and they were a pleasure to work with.
Excellent experience with Lake Forest Flooring! We had ~1000 sqft of new hardwood flooring installed, and then had ~1800 sq ft of hardwood flooring sanded and stained. Maye-Webb was terrific to work with throughout the process. And Joel and his team were top notch for the installation and refinishing. We couldn't be happier with the results and will be using Lake Forest for any future flooring needs - highly recommended!
Maye went above and beyond helping me pick out a stair runner. She brought out floor samples and looked up paint colors to simulate my home as best she could while we explored the options. She was honest and encouraged me explore styles I wouldn’t have initially been brave enough to consider. We ended up picking one of her suggestions and absolutely love it. When she was out of vacation, Patty stepped in. Patty was also very kind and responsive as we planned for installation. Ed did a great job installing the stair runner for us and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
