Terrific! Our A/C stopped working; called Kozak Air in the morning and was able to get an appointment later that day! Mike quickly fixed the issue and came back the next morning with another tech to perform needed maintenance. Mike is extremely professional, knowledgeable and really cares about providing great service to his customers. Oh, and very clean/neat too -- they took off their shoes when entering our home! I would highly recommend Kozak Air.

, I have used Kozak-Air for our AC system in the house. We had Mike install a UV Air Purifier. Service our system and our Mini Split. Our pool heater went out this weekend. Mike stopped by today and fixed it. I highly recommend Mike Kozak. I know everyone is always looking for referrals, here is a great one. Mike is gaining a lot of customers in Naples Reserve.
Gabriel was amazing, very punctual, polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and did not try to upsell anything. He even educated me on a few things. Mike was great to get the service done quickly and was very transparent with everything.
Mike from Kozak Air completed all maintenance on our HVAC today. How wonderful to be so well taken care of and he really knows his stuff!!! He was on time, so neat, so smart. 10 rating is not high enough.
