I booked in with this garage after seeing their positive reviews and the reputation they had built online, and will definitely be returning! As someone who has found it hard to trust previous garages, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Paul. He was super helpful and honest and took the time to explain everything clearly, and never made me feel like he was trying to upsell work that wasn't needed. Brilliant service and great communication, will be recommending to anyone who needs a good mechanic, thank you so much :)!!

My first time using this garage and won’t be my last. Booked in for an MOT last minute. Through my fault I got there a day too early and there was no hesitation to get me seen that day. I had my 6 month old baby with me and he managed to squeeze me in and was done within a couple hours. I’m so appreciative! Absolutely flawless service and so thankful they managed to get me in when they really didn’t have to. Thank you ever so much.

Exceptional service. I live 200 miles away but have family in Killingworth. Something under my car was dragging so needed fixing for me to return home. Rang the garage based on other reviews and they fitted me in straight away and secured the panel instantly, no charge. Really impressed with them. A nice, honest small business.

The first time, I used Killingworth Auto Repair Centre, I didn't have money to replace the clutch and flywheel. But Paul offered me a payment plan, which I couldn't find anywhere else as my credit score was bad. Lovely, honest, and loyal young lad, picked up my car and dropped it off after repair. very satisfied 👍. Paul is very knowledgeable about my car and problems. I am always treated well. Trust him enough to recommend to others. Thank you.
