Samuel, from JP Brett, just left my house after doing a service call. I couldn’t be more pleased with his explanation of what was going on with my AC system with his expertise and suggestions for my next service. Honestly, if more technicians were like this, the world would be a better place. I cannot say enough about Samuel and the fact that I am sitting now in my air-conditioned family room. I wouldn’t hesitate to use JP Brett as they have consistently been a very responsive company. I just called them this morning and Samuel was out here within four hours of my call.

Incredible dedication by Cody at JP Brett!!! I was scheduled to be last client of the day, a Friday. HUGE lightening, thunder and rain! My AC went out two nights ago. 100 degree temps. Brutal. Was sure my appointment would be cancelled 😞. But...NO! Cody called ahead, drove through the storm, showed up, immediately diagnosed the problem (capacitor), fixed it outside in the rain. Mind-boggling professionalism. I switched to JP Brett after recommendations from Naples friends a year ago. I am so happy I did!!!! And a shout out to Marina for scheduling me so quickly when your HVAC repair team was booked end-to-end. THANK YOU JP BRETT!!!!!

Another company said I needed a new system. I called Brett for an estimate and Casey said he would send someone to check the system to make sure I did, indeed, need a new unit. The Brett guy, Cody, found the problem was not in the system but a bad breaker connection. I avoided (for now) the need for a new system and instead paid for a simple service call. It was impressive.

JP Brett & Sons Air Conditioning sent service man Damian to provide my maintenance check. All service personnel have been great and the company/product is superb. But, I have to say that Damian was exceptional. Professional, prompt, timely, knowledgeable and answered all my inquiries. He explained what he had done to my satisfaction. What a nice young man! Even the office personnel are polite, friendly and handle my account proficiently. I requested Damian in the future because of his attention to detail. You can always depend on quality from JP Brett & Sons Air Conditioning.
