We had a great experience at Jessie’s. The staff is very friendly and skilled. My dog has been anxious at other groomers but was very relaxed and calm at Jessie’s. He looked and smelled great when I picked him up. I will definitely bring him back here for future grooming services :)

I Found Matzo Ball’s New Home Away From Home! Finding a groomer you trust with your furbaby is no easy task, especially after relocating to a new city. As someone who thoroughly researches everything, I read the outstanding reviews for Jessie’s Pet Spa and was fortunate enough to snag a last-minute cancellation. From the moment we walked through the door, I knew I had found something special. Jessie and her daughter, Alexa, welcomed Matzo Ball with so much warmth, kindness, and genuine affection that I immediately felt at ease leaving him there for the very first time. Even more telling was Matzo Ball’s reaction. He was completely comfortable—as though he had been visiting Jesse’s for years. When I picked him up, he looked absolutely fabulous! Clean, beautifully groomed, and as dapper as ever. His coat was soft, his trim was impeccable, and he came home looking—and feeling—like a million bucks. Jessie and Alexa clearly love what they do, and it shows in every detail of their work and the way they care for each dog that walks through their door. Needless to say, Matzo Ball has found his Greenville groomer. He’ll be returning every two weeks for his baths and grooming because this mama loves her handsome boy looking his very best! I took my two small dogs to Jessie's for the first time this month. I had been taking them to the same person for 7 years so I was anxious. But they did an excellent job! They both looked so cute and the staff was nice and the place was clean. I have already booked more appointments!

My sweet rescue pup had her first groom today with Jessie and Alexa at Jessie's Pet Spa and they did an amazing job! They were very friendly, attentive and I can tell that they love what they do! My baby is still very timid and they handled her with such care. We were very happy and have found our new groomers!

We had a great experience getting our dogs groomed here! The ladies were super friendly and took extra time and care on our crew of 3. They look, smell and feel great! And the fancy accessories they came home with was just the topping of their services. Highly recommend!!
