Jay was awesome, worked with us so well, able to order carpet and have it ready to lay a day after closing day for our new home. Installers were fantastic and were pickier than I am, which is almost impossible. They took their time and did an outstanding job. We are so pleased with the results of our renovation. The wood floors are beautiful .and the tile work in the bathrooms beyond our expectations! The installers did a fantastic job.! Mike and Michelle are professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating, it was a pleasure working with them.
Phenomenal experience start to finish! Randy and Olga were knowledgeable, available and professional. Our floors look amazing and installed in only a day and a half! Installers were excellent, thorough and very conscious of Covid restrictions. We were recommended to Smart Floors by our property manager and we were very happy to report back to her our wonderful experience. Will be referring our family and friends to Randy and Olga without a doubt!
