They always have all the septic parts I need and the gentleman at the front named Alex has great costumer service skills and it helps that he actually knows what you’re talking about when you’re looking for something.
I just visited horizon at the Naples location today, Friday To pick up a pallet of chambers and other fittings, it’s a really nice place. Everybody that works There are phenomenal. Alex give us a hand loading up the chambers. He was really nice. He helped us through the whole thing counting chambers, counting all the fittings. He make sure that we had everything we needed. and he also gave us really really good deals so if you’re in the septic business, that’s the place to go see Alex.
Great customer service. Anays the lady that helped me at the counter was very knowledgeable and helpful. I strongly recommend Horizon to all irrigation contractors in the southwest Florida region. This supplier is always well stocked.
Amazing people, store closes at 11 am on Saturday and she waited a little longer for us , a life saver, 10 / 10
